Today it’s my second time visiting Dr Kaori Sato. Everyone there is super friendly and professional, I learnt a lot about how to floss and brush my teeth, as well as Japanese culture and very informative information about the elderlies in Japan (a fun conversation). The clinic is clean and bright, with a reasonable size lobby. Wish I had more time to chat with these nice people, highly recommended. Thank you.

Where should I start? Hmm... Let's start with the receptionist, Connie. She is the friendliest, the most helpful receptionist I have ever met. Move on to the clinic: Super clean and extremely well-organized. The equipments are one of the newest and most advanced I have seen. None of that second hand or old dental equipments. Finally, let's talk about the main factor: Dr. Sato and her assistant.They are the most professional, most caring. Immaculate and Perfectionist: that's the words I would use to describe Dr. Sato and her assistant. My girlfriend referred me to this clinic not long ago. I doubted it at first based on how the clinics looks from outside. Now, I cannot think of any other dentists that could top Dr. Sato and her team. And I could say that they are the best dental clinic in BC. Yeah you read that right, not Richmond, not Vancouver. In the whole BC. And by the way, Dr. Sato and her entire staff speak perfect English and Japanese, so you don't have to worry. If you are looking for a dentist you could follow for the rest of your life. Then I'd recommend Dr. Sato and her team for you.

Went to see many dentists in the past but I have found her to be the most professional and knowledgeable dentist in the Vancouver area. Staff are very friendly and they have given me good advice on how to properly maintain healthy teeth and gums too. Highly recommend.
